The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

 

This role supports the implementation of AML/CFT transaction monitoring systems by providing business analysis, project coordination, and testing support within Financial Crime Compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Gather, document, and support the delivery of Financial Crime Compliance requirements for AML/CFT transaction monitoring system implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to migrate and translate existing AML/CFT rule tuning, scenarios, and thresholds into the new system.
  • Partner with data teams to perform transaction data mapping and data quality validation required for system deployment.
  • Coordinate working-level meetings and track project timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
  • Prepare project documentation for governance forums and steering committee review.
  • Independently plan, design, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Develop test strategies, test cases, and validation scenarios.
  • Work closely with vendors to ensure timely defect resolution prior to system go-live.

 

Requirements

 

  • A relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Financial Analysis, Economics, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of work experience in financial institutions or regulated environments.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under tight timelines and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple deliverables.
  • Solid experience across the UAT / SIT / testing lifecycle.
  • Prior experience in financial crime/AML, including rule tuning and threshold calibration for AML/CFT transaction monitoring systems, is preferred.
  • Proven experience in PMO, project coordination, or change delivery.
