Position Overview

The ITSM team ensures BCS ITIL processes are operationally relevant and optimized with sufficient controls, providing Technology Teams with a framework to operate and deliver IT services to our customers. The Asset and Knowledge Management Lead will be required to track the full life cycle of all IT assets and build up the knowledge base through proper workflow and documentation within the company. The incumbent will manage the commissioning, maintenance and disposition of IT assets using industry processes and tools, ensure the business has an accurate view of the company’s technology estate and optimize resources.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Manage key IT asset related projects.
  • Establish and lead the enterprise-wide IT Asset Management strategy, covering hardware, software, cloud, and SaaS assets.​
  • Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, cybersecurity policies, and internal governance related to IT assets.​
  • Oversee and improve the full asset lifecycle (procurement, deployment, maintenance, refresh, retirement).​
  • Implement and maintain ITAM tools, CMDB accuracy, and asset tracking processes.​
  • Collaborate with security teams to ensure asset hygiene, patch posture, and end‑of‑life risk management.​
  • Lead audits and maintain accurate asset inventories for regulatory, financial, and security compliance.​
  • Define KPIs, reporting dashboards, and continuous improvement initiatives for ITAM.​
  • Support governance by enforcing asset standards, naming conventions, and configuration policies.​
  • Manage the ITAM function, including policy creation, training, and stakeholder alignment across Technology, Finance, and Procurement.
  • Define and own the Knowledge Management (KM) strategy aligned to ITSM, business goals, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Establish KM vision, principles, policies, and standards across IT and service functions.
  • Act as the process owner for ITSM Knowledge Management (ITIL practice ownership).
  • Ensure KM governance, compliance, and audit readiness (e.g. regulatory, security, data retention).

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 - 9 years of relevant experience in Project management, managing IT assets, configuration and knowledge management.
  • Good understanding of current regulatory requirements in Singapore (MAS Technology Risk Management Guidelines, MAS Cyber Hygiene and Cybersecurity Code of Practice).
  • Good working experience in leading a small to mid-size team.  
  • Able to manage large scale and complex project initiatives’ priorities.
  • Attention to details, able to thoroughly and accurately review and track tasks.
  • Possess strong IT Service Management and CMBD working knowledge.
  • ServiceNow experience will be a plus.
  • ITIL certified preferred.
