Position Summary 

 

The Facilities Management (FM) department under the Corporate & Workplace Solutions Division, is responsible for developing and providing efficient and effective facilities which support our businesses and critical systems, and ensure safety and security of our staff. The scope under FM include lease management, M&E services, security systems and workplace health and safety.     


The Associate, Facilities Management role is a single contributor role which reports into the Facilities Manager and supports the daily administrative functions of the Facilities Management team.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Provide administrative support on the full spectrum of FM functions, including: 

  • Staff onboarding and offboarding, e.g. staff pass and locker issuance,
  • Mailroom and courier services,
  • Office supply inventory management,
  • Offsite document storage, retention and destruction,
  • Any other tasks as assigned by the Facilities Manager. 

 

Requirements 

 

Education & Experience

 

  • Diploma in Facilities Management or equivalent from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field

 

Skills & Knowledge

 

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders
