The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Position Summary

The position of Product Management Executive focuses on these primary products under the Consumer Product Team:

  • NETS App
  • NETS FlashPay & NETS Motoring Cards
  • NETS Prepaid Card
  • NETS vCashCard
  • NETS Loyalty and Rewards Platform

 

He/She will report to the Head of Consumer Product on the day-to-day product development of these products. The incumbent will also be exposed to NETS product development methodology and is expected to follow the processes/methodology to ensure that products are developed/managed with compliance and excellence in mind.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Product Development & Enhancement
    1. Develop and manage business requirements with cross functional teams.
    2. Engage internal and external stakeholders to evaluate the feasibility on new features/changes requests.
    3. Designing of App flow based on business objectives and scope.
    4. Conduct user acceptance test to ensure the product is developed or enhanced according to requirements.
    5. Monitor financial performance of the responsible product.
    6. Assess market trends to ensure product validity.
    7. Manage incidents/escalations from contact centre.
    8. Product data/analytics management reporting.
    9. Provide support to sales and servicing team on product related materials and queries.
    10. Conduct training to internal stakeholders such as Contact Centre, Operations and Sales/Servicing teams for new product launches or enhancements.
    11. Manage the necessary documentation to support service operations.
    12. Maintain Product Management Policy and Product Risk Management.
    13. Conduct Live Verification during product/enhancement launch to ensure the successful deployment and product function to requirements.
    14. Supports the development of the responsible product's strategic roadmap with key market research.
  2. Other Administrative Duties:
    1. Updating of policies and procedures
    2. Perform regression testing for various systems, and work with User Acceptance Testing team where necessary.
    3. Facilitate the submission of reports and documents to Public Transport Council and other governmental authorities.
    4. Development of test plan, test cases and perform live verification of services.
    5. Development of service management documentation for product development.
  3. Manage any vendors/suppliers.

 

Requirements

  • We are looking for fresh graduates OR graduates with 2-3 years of working experience.
  • Has demonstrated keen interest in the payment business and landscape (competitive offerings and industry trends).
  • Strong presentation and engagement skills with ability to develop and cultivate relationships with a variety of business stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills.
  • Strong conceptual, critical thinking and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills.
  • Highly skilled in using - MS Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel).
  • Should have good project management/coordination skills.
