NETS Solutions is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary. It develops payment infrastructure and transaction processing solutions for central banks, banks and clearing houses in Singapore and the region.
Position Summary
NETS Solutions is seeking a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new IT business opportunities in the Financial Industry
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored IT solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
Sales Strategy
- Develop regional heat map of similar products
- Plan and execute sales strategies according to heat map to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT sales or business development.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as a self starter and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
