Position Summary

 

Reporting to the CS&O Head, this role is responsible for managing strategic initiatives and business priorities across the Customer Service and Operations division. This would include management reporting, budgeting, researching and spearheading key business initiatives to achieve higher productivity and efficiency within the division.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Plan, develop, implement strategies to drive efficiency, productivity, and excellence across the division.
  • Spearhead key business priorities and divisional initiatives.
  • Plan, manage and monitor annual budget for the division.
  • Headcount and capacity review and management.
  • Coordinate and/or prepare presentation materials/reports to senior management, Board, and regulators.
  • Effective communication and internal stakeholder engagement to ensure stronger relationship between CS&O and business teams.

 

Requirements
  • University degree with at least 5 years of business management experience.
  • Proven experience in leading and implementing operational process changes.
  • Project management skills with the ability to handle large scale projects and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Experience in budget management and data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Able to work independently as well as being able to galvanize team efforts.
