Card Operations Officer (12 months contract)

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Position Summary

To support and process cashcard/ NFP/ VCC refunds, retained card and other stored value cards related process within stipulated SLA.

Key Responsibilities

Refund Processing

• Handle all CashCard, NFP, and VCC refunds, including:
• Retained cards at ATMs
• Lost & Found cases
• Card surrender scenarios
• Perform both online and manual refund processing

Investigation Support

• Assist with police investigations and fulfill related requests

Administrative Duties

• Prepare refund letters and other related documentation
• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

Document Handling

• Pack documents for warehouse storage (each carton weighs up to 12 kg)

Ad-hoc Tasks

• Carry out any other duties as assigned

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 1 year of administrative or operational experience

Skills and Knowledge

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word
• Strong team player with effective collaboration skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, in English
