The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

 

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Consumer Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly meticulous, and can manage multiple projects independently. You will play a key role in developing and executing consumer marketing campaigns, prospecting merchant partners for joint promotions, and driving product visibility and usage.

 

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Develop and implement consumer marketing strategies to drive product awareness, engagement, and usage.
    • Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital, social media, retail activations, and ATL channels.
    • Translate product features and consumer insights into compelling campaign propositions and messaging.
  • Merchant Partnership & Promotion
    • Identify and prospect merchant partners for joint marketing promotions.
    • Negotiate partnership terms and manage end-to-end execution of co-branded campaigns.
  • Marketing Asset Development
    • Create and manage a variety of marketing assets including social media content, digital banners, EDMs, POSMs, product collaterals, landing pages, and video briefs.
    • Ensure all materials are brand-consistent, audience-relevant, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Work closely with internal teams (product, business, sales, analytics, operations, legal) and external partners (agencies, merchants, suppliers) to deliver campaigns on time and on budget.
  • Performance & Process Management
    • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics to optimise future initiatives.
    • Maintain high standards of delivery through diligent project tracking, process adherence, and attention to detail.
    • Track marketing budgets with accountability and precision.

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in consumer marketing, with proven success in digital and social media campaigns.
  • Proficient in using a range of marketing platforms and tools for content creation, video development, campaign management, analytics and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end-to-end campaigns and deliver measurable business impact.
  • Highly meticulous, process-driven, and well-organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent multitasking skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across teams and with external partners.
  • Proactive, results-driven mindset with a can-do attitude.
  • Resourceful, with strong problem-solving skills to navigate challenges and drive outcomes.
