IT Governance Intern

BCS is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary, and is an entity within the NETS Group. It manages and operates clearing and payment infrastructure for the Singapore Automated Clearing House, including Fast And Secure Transfers (FAST), Inter-bank GIRO (IBG), Cheque Truncation System (CTS), and provides services for PayNow and SGQR Central Repository.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with IT, IT Security and Operations in the governance on the remediation and compliance action items and regulatory compliance assessment against regulations
• Support the reviewing of documentation on audit, risk and compliance matters
• Preparing ad-hoc and periodic reports on audit, risk and compliance matters
• Maintenance of the SharePoint workflow and document repository
• Develop and maintain the MIS database for reporting and tracking
  

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• Strong interest in regulatory compliance assessment and related activities
• Strong skill on MySQL, SQL Server, Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint or data analytics tools e.g Power BI for statistics reporting and presentation materials
• Good writing, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
• An eye for details and meticulous
