BCS is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary, and is an entity within the NETS Group. It manages and operates clearing and payment infrastructure for the Singapore Automated Clearing House, including Fast And Secure Transfers (FAST), Inter-bank GIRO (IBG), Cheque Truncation System (CTS), and provides services for PayNow and SGQR Central Repository.

The IT Governance is part of the Risk Management Line 1 defense, working with different IT risk and action owners to ensure IT controls are effective and efficiently managed, in compliance with Regulatory requirements, BCS and/or NETS Policies and Process with system safety and soundness in mind.
This includes all matters related to Internal & External Audit, Risk & Compliance are managed appropriately to reduce Technology & IT Regulatory risks to acceptable levels.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with IT, IT Security and Operations in the governance on the remediation and compliance action items and regulatory compliance assessment against regulations
- Support the reviewing of documentation on audit, risk and compliance matters
- Preparing ad-hoc and periodic reports on audit, risk and compliance matters
- Maintenance of the SharePoint workflow and document repository
- Develop and maintain the database for reporting and tracking
- Develop and maintain Power Automate workflows and PowerBI dashboards
- Perform Privileged ID validation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and to reduce related risks to acceptable levels.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
- Strong interest in regulatory compliance assessment and related activities
- Strong skill on MySQL, SQL Server, Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint or data analytics tools e.g Power BI for statistics reporting and presentation materials, Power Automate for workflow automation
- Good writing, communication, analytical and problem solving skills
- An eye for details and meticulous
