The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain.
The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.
The Technology Division at BCS is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and support of BCS applications such as FAST, Giro, CTS, PayNow, SGQR, TFR, eGIRO and its critical infrastructure, ensuring its operational stability, regulatory compliance, and service reliability.
The Application Delivery (‘Change’) department is regarded as BCS’ domain experts, overseeing the enhancement, maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting of applications, ensuring its functionality, security, and performance in alignment with set standards.
The intern for Project Coordination will support the end‑to‑end execution of a large‑scale Project, assisting the Technology Delivery Manager in coordinating project activities across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders. This role ensures timely delivery of milestones, smooth planning of migration activities, maintenance of project artefacts, and readiness for UAT and Go‑Live.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Technology Delivery Managers in tracking the below project activities:
• Coordinate workshops, technical meetings, and IDT/UAT preparation sessions.
• Support preparation of checklists and readiness documents.
• Assist in coordinate with internal teams (Infra, App, Security, Ops, PMO) to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Coordinate Project Meetings, track action items and follow up with owners to ensure timely closure.
• Prepare and maintain project artefacts: minutes, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and sign‑off documents.
• Support audit and compliance documentation.
• Consolidate weekly/monthly progress reports for management and steering committees.
• Assisting in preparing meeting minutes, project trackers, and progress reports.
• Helping with logistics, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
Education
• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Operations, or a related field.
• Final-year students or those requiring an internship as part of coursework preferred.
Skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for coordinating with teams.
• Basic project management knowledge (e.g., timelines, status updates, documentation).
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint).
• Attention to detail with good note-taking and documentation capabilities.
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
