Position Summary
- Assist in the coordination, tracking and follow-up on action items of business & information security projects and initiatives.
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans, status reports, and dashboards.
- Help prepare documentation for steering committee meetings and program reviews.
- Work with stakeholders to collect and consolidate updates on business & information security projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Capabilities
- Conduct research on emerging technologies (e.g. Quantum Cryptography etc.).
- Work with industry security consultants to perform security testings, code reviews and cloud standardization.
- Monitor and summarize updates to regulatory requirements (e.g. MAS TRM, CSA advisories etc.) and assess their implications for ongoing programs.
Planning & Resourcing
- Support the consolidation of information security project proposals and resource needs for the upcoming year’s cybersecurity workplan.
- Help draft presentation materials, executive summaries, and budget justifications for new initiatives.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Security, or a related field.
- Strong interest in Information Security and eagerness to develop knowledge and practical experience in the field.
- Basic understanding of computer systems and networks is an advantage.
