The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain.
The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage UAT environment and UAT Incident respond
- Perform release deployment and testing in a controlled environment and assist the lead to determine the root cause of production system through replicating the behaviour of the production incident
- Prepare the release documents for production change
- Conduct incident and problem analysis through the trending and determine the recommended area of improvement
- Monitoring and detection of incident and provide appropriate respond investigation
- Perform logs analysis base on the assigned incident investigation
- Setup up monitoring dashboard and automation to remove toils
- Prepare the release documents for production change
- Play the supporting role of IKA (incident Knowledge analysis) documenting the key sequence of events and required data points for incident manager. The sequence of events will then be used in incident retrospective to identify the thematic recurrences and report to the monthly incident management forum
- Conduct low severity incident and problem management to identify the root cause and gaps/area of improvement through the sequence of events collected
- Conduct trend analysis to determine if any thematic patterns for the past 12 months incident and problem data
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related fields
- Able to commit full-time, for 6 months from January 2026
- Knowledge and hands on experience on Java development and testing tools development is a strong advantage
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and possess strong analytical skills, sharp and meticulous
- Strong interpersonal skills and good time management skills
- Deeply passionate about software development and testing
