Job Description
We are seeking a motivated intern to join our Cross-Border Team within the Consumer Business and Business Development divisions. This role will provide hands-on experience in developing frameworks and operational models for cross-border payment solutions, particularly in the areas of fraud management, data analytics, compliance, and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fraud Management Framework Support
- Assist the business team to work with SMEs in establishing and enhancing the fraud management framework for cross-border transactions.
- Work on identifying and analyzing potential fraud risks and implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with internal teams to document procedures, policies, and best practices for fraud prevention.
2. Multilateral Hub Planning and Cross-Border Alignment
- Support planning and coordination efforts with cross-border partners, such as ITMX and PayNet, to align on commercial and operational models.
- Assist in coordinating aspects of fraud management, compliance, dispute resolution, and settlement processes with partner entities.
- Help prepare documentation, presentations, and reports for ongoing discussions and alignment with external partners.
Skills & Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, International Relations, or a related field.
- Interest in payments, cross-border transactions, and fraud management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Python).
