The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain.
The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.
Position Summary
We are looking for a curious, driven intern to join our Transformation Office - The team responsible for driving strategic initiatives that shape the future of NETS. This is a product management role with exposure to project execution, giving you a well-rounded view of how products move from idea to launch.
This isn't a "get coffee and file documents" internship. You'll work alongside product and project managers on real initiatives, contribute to decisions, and see the tangible impact of your work. For the right candidate, this internship is a pipeline to a full-time role.
Key Responsibilities
Own product research & insights – Conduct market research, analyse user needs, and synthesise findings that inform product decisions
Shape product requirements – Help translate business needs into clear documentation, user stories, and feature specifications
Drive projects forward – Track milestones, coordinate cross-functional teams, and keep initiatives on schedule
Collaborate across teams – Work with engineering, business, and operations stakeholders to solve problems and deliver outcomes
Communicate with impact – Prepare updates, lead portions of meetings, and present insights to senior stakeholders

Requirements
Education & Experience
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Business, Computing, Engineering, or a related field
- Bonus: Familiarity with product management concepts, Agile methodologies, or tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Figma
Skills & Knowledge
- Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to question assumptions and analyze problems deeply
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- Organized, proactive, and able to take initiative independently
- Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and solving problems
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365 applications
- Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
