Throughout the internship, you will be involved in the following:

  1. Application Development & Testing
Participate in application development and testing as part of Business-As-Usual (BAU) or project deliveries. You’ll gain hands-on experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), DevSecOps pipelines, code vulnerability scanning, and automated test case creation.

  1. Application Support
Help manage the UAT environment by deploying and configuring applications and supporting user testing in a controlled setting.

  1. Incident & Issue Investigation
Assist in identifying root causes of production issues by replicating problems in lower environments or analyzing application logs.

  1. Data Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Analyze incident and problem data trends to uncover recurring issues and recommend areas for improvement.

Your day-to-day activities will be mainly technical in nature, involving application development, automation tool creation, testing, technical documentation, accessing test environments, retrieving system logs, and investigating issues.

Collaborative Project Work

In addition to your individual tasks, you’ll be grouped into squads to tackle real-world challenges and deliver specific projects aimed at improving existing systems or processes. These team-based assignments will give you the experience to brainstorm ideas, experiment with solutions, and present your work to stakeholders, building both your technical and collaboration skills in a supportive environment.

  • Design and develop applications, testing automation tools, and simulators, while creating and executing test plans for unit and system integration testing and developing technical documentation.
  • Implement monitoring alerts and incident detection systems, conduct log analysis for investigations, and develop automated dashboards to streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
  • Support the Incident Knowledge Analysis process by helping document key events and important data during incidents. Your notes will contribute to post-incident reviews, helping the team spot recurring issues and prepare reports for monthly incident management meetings.
  • Assist in managing low-severity incidents by reviewing event timelines to find root causes and areas for improvement and help analyze past data to spot recurring patterns over the last 12 months.
  • Collaborate with a larger team and within your assigned group/squad.
  • Show initiative and a strong willingness to learn, while actively contributing fresh and creative ideas to the team.
