Intern - DevSecOps

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Key Responsiblities

Seeking a motivated intern with foundational knowledge in DevOps practices, scripting, and CI/CD pipelines. The role involves supporting automation tasks, infrastructure monitoring, and collaborating with teams to ensure smooth delivery processes

• CI/CD Pipeline: Solid understanding of Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment processes.
• Scripting Languages: Familiarity with Groovy, Python, Ruby, and Shell scripting for automation tasks.
• Unix/Linux Experience: Hands-on experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Build Tools: Exposure to build and packaging tools such as Maven, Ant, Gradle, Angular CLI, Node.js, Gatsby, etc.
• Problem Solving & Monitoring: Strong analytical skills with a focus on deliverables and proactive infrastructure monitoring.
• Communication & Teamwork: Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

•    Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related fields
