Lead Engineer, Information Security Governance & Assurance

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Perform Information Security compliance reviews (such as Patch Management Process, Open Source Vulnerability Management) for all required Technology systems within the organization, ensuring that adequate level of Information Security controls are implemented.
• Work with various stakeholders across the organization to address all relevant vulnerabilities across various production system platforms
• Actively track the rectification and conduct verification of all identified findings to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Report all outstanding vulnerabilities to all relevant risk committees
• Report all relevant KRIs and perform RCSA (including NS).
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

Requirments:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or IT Security related disciplines.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in managing internal controls in an IT control function.
• Good understanding of regulatory requirements in Singapore such as MAS TRMG Guidelines, MAS Cyber Security Hygiene.
• Any IT Security or IT related certifications (CISSP, CCNA, CEH, etc) is a plus.
• Knowledge of current security events and a demonstrated passion to stay informed of current industry trends.
• Good team player, meticulous and resilient.
• Able to work independently and manage work well to meet datelines.
