The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.


The successful candidate will support the Merchant Business EFTPOS Team in managing and enhancing NETS’ suite of EFTPOS payment products. This role focuses on product research, analysis, and documentation, contributing to informed product decisions and continuous improvement across the EFTPOS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Product Research & Analysis

  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry research to identify product opportunities, emerging trends, and strategic insights
  • Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and operational metrics to uncover pain points, trends, and areas for improvement
  • Consolidate research findings into clear, actionable insights to support product planning and decision-making

Product Planning & Documentation

  • Assist in drafting and maintaining product requirement documents (PRDs) and related product artefacts
  • Support the definition of product features, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end customer journeys
  • Help maintain and update operational and product documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment across teams

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in brainstorming and working sessions with product, operations, and business stakeholders
  • Contribute ideas for process, workflow, and product improvements
  • Provide research and documentation support across multiple initiatives as required

Requirements

  • Undergraduate student currently pursuing a degree in Business, Technology, or other relevant fields
  • Able to commit full-time for a minimum of 24 weeks, any time between May to December
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesise insights from data and qualitative inputs
  • Good written communication skills and attention to detail
