Merchant Operations Officer (3 months temp)

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Position Summary

The Merchant Operations team is responsible for the onboarding, maintenance, and offboarding of merchants to NETS. These include the processing of new applications, and updates to merchant profiles and products. As a Merchant Operations Officer, you will be part of this dynamic team exposed to various NETS products and responsible for delivering timely and accurate merchant boarding that enables our customers to meet their business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform merchant maintenance activities
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of applications received daily
• Perform ad hoc mass maintenance of existing merchant profiles
• Handle queries from internal stakeholders
• Support department projects and initiatives

Requirements

• Proficient in MS Excel and Word
• Meticulous and organized.
• Good communication skills
• Onboarding experience is an advantage
