The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

 

 

Position Summary

 

The key function for this role is to provide support to both internal and external stakeholder.

Ensure all issues and technical enquiries from merchants and external partners are attended to and resolved within the stipulated service agreement timeline. Improve the efficiency of merchant support via process improvement and automation.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

 

  • Communication with merchants and partners on implementation of payment solutions including site visit to validate successful implementation
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance service delivery
  • Perform, organize and streamline operational task to reduce error rate
  • Contribute towards improvement efforts and initiatives
  • Continuously learning and improving on product and job knowledge
  • Comfortable with cross-selling of Value-added services and product

 

Requirements

 

 

  • GCE A’ Level or a diploma are highly preferable
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a dynamic working environment
  • A keen interest to learn and grow
  • Strong work ethic and a team player
  • Strong time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English & Mandarin
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to details
