Position Summary


We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Intern to support our IT Infrastructure Operations team. The intern will gain hands-on experience in ITIL processes, change and incident management, and infrastructure lifecycle activities. This is a great opportunity to learn how IT operations contribute to maintaining a stable financial services environment.

 

Key Responsibilities 

 

  • Understand and follow ITIL processes and Project Management Process, including Change Management and Incident Management for IT infrastructure.
  • Assist in tracking and documenting infrastructure changes, incidents, and their resolution, Support in monitoring and following up on new initiatives aimed at stabilizing the IT infrastructure environment.
  • Gain exposure to hardware and software technology refresh activities and contribute wherever possible.
  • Participate in daily operations reviews, meetings, and team discussions.
  • Proactively self-learn from ongoing team activities and apply knowledge to support tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.

 

Learning Outcomes

 

  • Practical exposure to ITIL processes and real-world IT infrastructure operations. Hands-on understanding of IT infrastructure components (servers, networks, storage, etc.) in a financial services environment. Insights into managing large-scale infrastructure change and incident processes. Opportunity to observe and contribute to technology refresh programs and stability initiatives.

 

Education & Experience

 

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of IT infrastructure concepts is an advantage.
  • Keen interest in IT infrastructure operations and enterprise IT environments.
  • Available to commence internship from January - June 2027, Full time.
