Position Summary
To support and processing of LTA Vehicle Entry Permit (VEP) Autopass Card refund services.
Key Responsibilities
- Performing of VEP Autopass cards & forms for refund submitted to NETS directly
- Liaise with LTA on check on arrears
- Engaging with customers regarding their refund submissions
- Send email notification to VEP customers to inform them of the refund status
- Input data to credit rebate system for balance transfer after refund is completed
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Minimum one year of admin/operation experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook and Words)
- Team player and effective communicator
- Good communication skills, both written and verbally in English
