Position Summary
We are hiring two Officers to join our Stored Value Facilities (SVF) team, which oversees products across Retail, Motoring, and Transit segments. This role is suited for fresh polytechnic graduates who are eager to begin their careers in the payments industry.
You will work under the guidance of experienced senior leads, gaining exposure to product management, operations, and stakeholder engagement. Each associate will be directly mentored and supervised by a senior lead, ensuring strong professional development and structured learning.
Key Responsibilities
Product & Business Support
- Assist in monitoring product performance (transaction volumes, adoption trends, and customer usage).
- Support product enhancements, feature rollouts, and operational readiness activities.
- Conduct market scans and prepare research materials to identify opportunities and competitive insights.
Operational & Reporting
- Assist in day-to-day operational tasks, including issue tracking, incident coordination, and resolution follow-up.
- Prepare business and product performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements in daily operations.
Stakeholder & Project Coordination
- Support collaboration with internal teams (Technology, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Marketing).
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors on specific product or operational matters.
- Document meeting notes, product requirements, and process improvements
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Banking & Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior internship experience in payments, fintech, or financial services is advantageous
Mindset and Traits
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
- Good communication and presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with data analytics tools (e.g., QuickSight, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Self-driven, resourceful, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
