The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Overall Function
The Procurement function serves business stakeholders through the procuring of goods and services in a timely manner, while striving towards obtaining best price and value for the organisation. 
This is a single contributor role, working on procurement day-to-day activities and projects, towards achieving functional objectives of ensuring efficient and effective execution of procurement processes, achieving cost improvement and innovation targets, and maintaining compliance to policy, procedures, control and third party arrangement requirements.    
Key Responsibilities
Perform day-to-day procurement activities and projects, which include but not limited to the following: 
1.    Gather purchase requirements/specifications
2.    Source for goods and services
3.    Onboard new vendors
4.    Support in the implementation of Coupa (Procurement system) and TPRM SLA monitoring/reporting tool (PowerAutomate) 
5.    Engage with users on Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) activities
Requirements
1.    Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Purchasing, Supply Management and other related fields
2.    Some background or experience in purchasing, sourcing, supplier risk and procurement systems will be beneficial, though not required 
3.    Good communication (written, verbal) and interpersonal skills to influence for positive outcomes
4.    Good project/time management abilities, and able to prioritise work effectively to meet accelerated timelines
5.    Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel preferred. Background in PowerBI, Power Automate or similar tools is a plus
6.    A team player that enjoys interacting with people
