The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

 

This role is responsible for increased usage of NETS Services leading to growth in the market. He/She will work very closely with internal stakeholders to increase merchant and consumer knowledge and usage of our services through various methods like campaigns and trainings.

 

  • Develop and plan for NETS campaigns targeting merchants which includes working with internal stakeholders to crystalize the programme mechanics and communications
  • Support Cashiers Training and Education for relevant services.
  • Develop Sales material and conduct briefings for internal stakeholders for new and existing merchant participation in NETS campaigns
  • Engage identified exiting merchants for Cashier Incentive Programs
  • Manage existing usage programs
  • Provide feedback and coordinate with internal teams to ensure positive consumer UX/UI - Usability
  • Conduct regular checks on participating merchants
  • Work with Bank Relationship managers for Issuing Banks cardholder’s communications on NETS Contactless.
  • Manage the existing ongoing projects
  • Ensure service risk & compliance to adhere to established regulatory guidelines.
  • E.g.: Regular review of operations manual and product programme

 

Requirements

  • Understanding of payment business, landscape and specifically the issuance business would be advantageous
  • Strong presentation and engagement skills with ability to develop and cultivate relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Excellent communication and articulation skills
  • Can handle and manage his/her work independently and ensure close follow up and closure of assigned work
  • Strong conceptual, critical thinking and analytical skills - demonstrating outside-the-box problem solving skills  
  • Be accountable for the financial performance of NETS Services
