Product Manager (Business Analysis-Led, End-to-End Delivery)

NETS Solutions is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary. It develops payment infrastructure and transaction processing solutions for central banks, banks and clearing houses in Singapore and the region.

We are seeking a Product Manager to take ownership of a key product domain within our ecosystem. This role is business analysis–led and carries end-to-end accountability — from problem discovery and solution design through delivery, release, and continuous iteration.

You will act as the connective link between business and technology, ensuring that complex requirements are translated into well-defined, buildable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership & Strategic Alignment

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your assigned domain.
• Partner with business and operational stakeholders to clarify objectives, priorities, and measurable outcomes.
• Balance tactical delivery with long-term product health and sustainability.
• Communicate product direction, trade-offs, and progress effectively to cross-functional partners and leadership.

2. Business & Systems Analysis (Core to the Role)

Structured analysis is at the heart of how we build products at NS.

• Lead requirement discovery through business workshops, stakeholder interviews, and analysis of existing processes and systems.
• Translate business objectives into clear functional and non-functional requirements, addressing performance, reliability, and data integrity.
• Develop comprehensive documentation and artifacts, including:
• Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• User stories with detailed acceptance criteria
• Process flows, data flows, and system interaction diagrams
• Interface and integration specifications
• Maintain end-to-end requirement traceability and alignment across delivery stages.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Architecture to validate solution feasibility and ensure technical alignment.

3. Delivery & Execution Leadership

• Manage delivery execution for assigned initiatives, including planning, prioritization, dependencies, and readiness for release.
• Provide clear product direction to delivery teams, ensuring well-maintained backlogs and preparedness for development.
• Facilitate key delivery forums (e.g., sprint planning, backlog refinement, and reviews) with emphasis on clarity, quality, and accountability.
• Partner with Engineering, QA, and DevOps teams to uphold quality and operational standards across releases.
• Support post-release activities, monitoring outcomes and driving process improvements.

 
Requirements

Background and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management with demonstrated strength in business and systems analysis across the full product lifecycle.

Core Skills and Competencies

• Proven ability to lead product initiatives from problem definition through delivery and production release.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to produce clear, detailed, and high-quality requirements.
• Technical fluency and the ability to engage effectively with Engineering teams on architecture, integrations, and data design.
• Familiarity with agile delivery methods and backlog management tools, with experience applying these in cross-functional team settings.
• Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a strong focus on structure and precision.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex environments.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience working on enterprise systems, APIs, or data-intensive platforms.
• Competence or strong interest in SQL and data analysis.
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or Agile (CSPO, SAFe) methodologies.
