The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

 

Position Summary

 

The GNE team is seeking an Intern to support partner engagement, campaign tracking, and administrative financial operations for inbound visitor initiatives to drive VAS Usage. This role focuses on maintaining campaign tracking, auditing payouts against partner contracts, supporting finance processes, and liaising internally on routine partner inquiries. Funding for this position will be provided by NIPL (India Cross Border Partner).

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Campaign Coordination: Maintain and update the primary campaign tracking document to ensure all partner activities are recorded accurately.
  • Payout Calculation & Auditing: Cross-reference campaign tracking metrics directly against partner contracts to accurately calculate monthly or per-campaign payout amounts.
  • Disbursement Support: Prepare and organize structured payout lists, invoices, and expense reports for submission and processing by the Finance team.
  • Partner Discrepancy Resolution: Act as the internal administrative point of contact for routine payout inquiries from external partners, reviewing logs to resolve minor data discrepancies.
  • Reporting Maintenance: Update master tracking sheets and dashboards in real-time to provide leadership with visibility into overall campaign spend and ROI.
  • Meeting & Documentation Support: Coordinate campaign brainstorming sessions, prepare and distribute agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and track team action items.

 

Requirements

 

Education and Experience

 

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Available to commence internship anytime from now until January/February 2027.


Skills and Knowledge

 

  • Analytical & Data Skills: Strong attention to detail with basic-to-intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for tracking, data auditing, and financial calculations.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage master documents, organize financial records (invoices/expense reports), and follow up on team action items.
  • Communication Skills: Clear written and verbal communication skills to manage internal point-of-contact duties and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Task Management: Capability to maintain real-time dashboards and handle routine inquiries systematically.
