The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the finance organization system projects. The project manager is required to coordinate people and processes to ensure that projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s deliverable and timeline.

You should be an excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks. You also need to be a team player and have a problem-solving aptitude.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the execution of projects
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical and system design feasibility
  • Track project progress at each stage of the project life cycle, example user acceptance testing, parallel run etc.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Manage and drive a high performing team, including to grow and develop their capabilities
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Perform troubleshooting and ensure closure of technical difficulties faced
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

 

 

 

Requirements

  • Degree qualification, preferably in the fields of accounting and project management
  • Good understanding or hands-on experience in system design development and SAP modules
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong track record leading a team
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Strong presentation and articulation skills to communicate well with stakeholders and management team
  • Hands on technical experience preferred
  • Able to take on and successfully manage multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Experience implementing ERP system will be advantageous
