Merchant Acquisition (Online & Payment Partnerships)

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote NETS online payment services to both retailers and organizations to meet the company’s goals and sales target.
  • Plan and execute sales strategies in acquiring merchants and developing customer relationships as well as business partnerships.
  • Understand merchants’ requirements and be proactive in assisting merchants to resolve issues.
  • Work closely with the web developer teams and manage pre- and post-sales activities.
  • Able to identify opportunities and sell online payment gateway service to merchants
  • Meet personal and team sales targets
  • Able to understand ecommerce industry, product knowledge and competitors

 

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good presentation and negotiation skills
  • Results driven and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
  • Independent, outgoing, creative and good team player
  • Experience in payment services, telesales and retail/F&B industry is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel
