The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Position Summary

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Human Capital Management division, you and team of recruiters will be responsible for the full spectrum of recruitment for companies under the umbrella of NETS Group.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement suitable recruitment strategies to hire best in class talent
  • Develop and lead the right talent attraction and sourcing strategies
  • Build and maintain talent pool of suitable candidates based on business demands and trends Ensure recruitment of suitable candidates within a reasonable timeframe
  • Work closely with the respective business stakeholders and HRBPs to understand talent needs and deploy relevant recruitment strategies to fulfil those needs
  • Source passive candidates and cultivate a pipeline of best in class talent through innovative outreach  methods
  • Coach, mentor and train recruiters to find and engage the best talent
  • Own, manage and optimize the recruitment budget
  • Be accountable for recruitment governance including procurement activities, vendor relations, document management and all other related activities to ensure seamless onboarding of new candidates
  • Establish, Deliver and Report on set metrics (Turn around time, budget utilization, candidate conversion, offer acceptance etc) to provide consistent results and data backed progress
  • Manage academic interface programs across targeted institutions based on talent needs

 

Requirements

  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in handling high volume and complex recruitment function
  • Experience in managing framework, programs and initiatives at CoE level
  • Good understanding and practical application of local employment laws and HR practices, and in touch with emerging HR trends.
  • Deep understanding of how to run a high-quality, full cycle and custom recruiting process
  • Must have experience in delivering high volume hiring
  • Must be hands on and happy to operate both strategically and tactically
  • Possess strong creative thinking skills in order to build and deliver on innovative sourcing strategies
  • Experience in successfully managing and growing a team of recruiters
