The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Position Summary:

Internship at NETS aims to offer students both industry exposure and hands-on experience in Human Resources.

As Talent Acquisition Intern, your will be working with our Talent Acquisition team on end-to-end hiring process in a highly competitive field of payments. You will be actively involved in sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and experience stakeholder management and candidate management.

We are looking for talented students who are passionate about building a career in Human Resources to join us for an internship in 2025.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate actively in the recruitment life cycle, which includes job posting, sourcing, screening and engaging top talents.
  • Follow through candidate’s selection and coordinate interview schedule for shortlisted candidates
  • Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
  • Support TA-related projects which can range from engagement, process efficiency, candidate experience, etc
  • Other ad hoc tasks as required

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor/Diploma student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Psychology, or in a field related to Social Sciences
  • Strong problem solving, communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Enjoy working with people and getting to know them
  • A go-getter, self-starter and networker
