Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for technology and business hiring needs. This role will partner with hiring managers to deliver a smooth recruitment process, build talent pipelines, and support hiring strategies aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates and resolving issues proactively.
Strategic Workforce Planning
- Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and translate them into hiring plans.
Skills & Talent Mapping
- Identify critical capabilities, talent gaps, and support hiring, upskilling, or redeployment decisions.
Project & Resource Alignment
- Align hiring plans with project milestones, delivery requirements, and resource availability.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
- 5-8 years of experience in technology recruitment or a similar Talent Acquisition role.
- Experience in financial institution would be advantageous
- Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing and offer management.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and professional networks such as LinkedIn.
