Position Summary

 

The Merchant Services Officer needs to constantly communicate and engage with merchants in getting relevant information / documents for merchant profile screening. He / She will undertake job duties assigned within Merchant Services Team and to support Sales & Channels department.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Merchant engagement in getting relevant information / documents as part of rectification / merchant screening engagement
  • Problem solving and handling of assigned ad-hoc duties
  • Handle duty assigned and to provide assistance to Sales & Channels department as required
  • Assisting in data extraction, data entry and data validation

 

Requirements

 

  • GCE "O" Level & above
  • Minimum one year of experience in a dynamic working environment is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task & meticulous, well-organized with good time management skills
  • Experience in processes and record-keeping
  • Ability to work under pressure, adhere to meeting timelines and frequent dynamic request from managers
  • Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A team player with strong work ethics and principle
  • With problem-solving skills
