The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain.

Position Summary
The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in steering the go-to-market plans for NETS CORE and emerging product offerings. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless product cutovers and successful launches by working collaboratively with relevant internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should possess strong project management skills and demonstrate a client-first approach, with a deep appreciation for system technology flows and a solid grasp of customer behavior. Their ability to align business objectives with user needs will be essential in driving product success.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling product business cases, strategic value propositions, and marketing plans.
- Monitor market trends and competitive practices to inform and refine product vision, roadmap, requirements, and performance metrics.
- Convert the product roadmap into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee design and development teams to deliver innovative product features through testing and iteration.
- Compile and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including business requirements, manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and user guides.
- Manage essential product documentation such as change requests, memorandums, testing protocols, and contractual agreements.
- Lead daily product operations and coordinate with key stakeholders to swiftly resolve operational issues.
- Support merchant onboarding by liaising with tech and sales teams to ensure seamless integration.
- Organize and execute user testing for product enhancements and merchant-driven feature requests.
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in product management within the payments domain or closely related functions.
- Holds a Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification.
- Proven experience working across technology, sales, and operations teams, with a strong interest and background in payments and product management.
- Demonstrated project management expertise with the ability to lead initiatives from conception through delivery.
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and a proactive leadership mindset.
- Flexible and resilient in fast-paced, evolving business environments.
- Skilled in engaging and managing diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Solid foundation in mobile payment technologies and trends.
- Possesses a hybrid of business acumen and technical understanding of digital and physical payment channels and devices.
