The CS&O OSDC Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of approximately 30 staff based in Kuala Lumpur, overseeing key operational functions including AML, Reconciliation, Resolution, and Customer Service. This role owns operational KPIs, supports the Head of CS&O’s strategic agenda and migration objectives, manages the allocated operating budget, and represents CS&O in senior management, customer, and regulatory engagements in KL. The position plays a critical role in ensuring service excellence, operational resilience, compliance, and successful execution of CS&O’s transformation initiatives.
