Junior Software Developer (Automation)

Team and Position Summary 

The Software Developer (Automation) is part of the Delivery & Support Group at NETS Solutions Malaysia Branch and reports to the Manager of the division. The role supports the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) by developing, testing, and troubleshooting application solutions.

The incumbent will develop and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot and Angular, while supporting the delivery of business and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities   

• Develop and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs using Java Spring Boot.
• Support the development of new software solutions and enhancements.
• Perform unit testing to ensure code quality and reliability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, defects, and technical issues.
• Provide SIT and UAT support during project implementation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the IT or financial services industry.
• Fresh graduates with an interest in software development are encouraged to apply.
