NETS Solutions is NETS’ wholly owned subsidiary. It develops payment infrastructure and transaction processing solutions for central banks, banks and clearing houses in Singapore and the region.

 

 

Position Summary

 

 

To support NETS Resolution & Settlement team in resolving consumer & merchants disputes. This position requires individuals to meticulously investigate day-to-day Merchant or Consumer exceptions via internal NETS systems and resolving them.

 

To prepare and provide evidence to the approver for resolution of such cases.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Monitoring daily reports and managing daily ServiceNow tickets
  • Investigate and process QR claims upon request from banks or consumers
  • To investigate and monitor unconfirmed transactions and perform adjustments via internal systems

 

Requirements

 

  • Minimum Diploma-holder or Degree of any discipline
  • Minimum one year of experience in dispute handling field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Good communication skills
  • A good team player
