Reconciliation Officer

Position Summary 

• Daily Reconciliation of transactional reports over multiple NETS / eNETS applications
• Ensuring expected debited amount to credit merchant is as expected and accurate
• Investigation of outage arising from reconciliation outcome
• Maintenance of Daily Reports

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Daily reconciliation of multiple NETS / eNETS applications & system to ensure timely executed settlement
• Daily bank account reconciliation
• Preparing manual settlement instructions
• Investigation of settlement breaks and quick resolutions
• Other ad hoc duties

Experience & Qualifications 

• Diploma / Degree 
• Minimum 1 year experience in Settlement or Reconciliation department
• Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers
• Proficiency in MS office (Excel, VBA & comfortable with macro) 
• Knowledge in MS Power BI is a plus
• Able to work independently
