Team and Position Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Sourcer to support the Talent Acquisition team by identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of high-quality candidates for current and future hiring needs. This role focuses on front-end talent discovery and market mapping, enabling recruiters and hiring managers to move faster and make better-informed hiring decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping
- Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and target profiles.
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, internal databases, and referrals.
- Conduct market mapping and talent research for critical and niche roles.
- Identify passive talent and develop personalized outreach strategies.
Candidate Engagement
- Craft tailored candidate outreach aligned with employer branding.
- Conduct initial screening conversations where required.
- Build long-term relationships with potential candidates.
Talent Intelligence & Process Excellence
- Share insights on talent availability and market trends.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.
- Track sourcing effectiveness and improve sourcing strategies.
- Support employer branding and talent community initiatives.
Requirements
Education and Experience
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field
- Min 3 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment
- Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools
- Experience in technology is an advantage
