The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Position Summary:

We are seeking proactive and bilingual Call Agents to support TLS Certificate Project. The role involves coordinating with merchants, project managers to ensure smooth execution of terminal replacements or terminal upgrades. Candidates must be comfortable handling high volumes of calls, updating records in Microsoft Excel, and communicating effectively in English and Mandarin.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to merchants and vendors to schedule terminal change-outs
  • Receive and respond to inbound queries related to terminal replacements
  • Coordinate with field service teams and logistics to ensure timely execution
  • Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and scheduling details using Microsoft Excel
  • Escalate issues or delays to the project team as needed
  • Follow standard operating procedures and project guidelines

 

Requirements:

  • Language Proficiency: Ability to communicate fluently in English
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, filtering, etc.).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication
  • Experience: Prior experience in call center, customer service, or coordination roles is preferred
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours based on project needs
