The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage internal stakeholder’s demands and ensure accurate information is captured. 
• Understanding, managing, inputting and executing various reports such as Master Schedule, SIM card management and terminal fulfillment trends.
• Monitor material availability to ensure optimum inventory levels for terminals, SIM cards, accessories, consumables and spares parts.
• Develop and implement effective forecasting models to accurately predict stakeholders demand and fulfillment  
• Monitor using forecasting models to identify key risk items to ensure stakeholder demand is met.
• Perform periodic process such as write off, disposal and reconciliation
• Filling and tracking of various Work Orders, Delivery Orders and Indent forms

Requirements

• Diploma from recognized institution
• Resourceful, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, structure, able to work independently and co-ordinate well with all stakeholders
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including vlookup and Pivot Tables
