Machine Operator

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Team and Position Summary

Embossing team of Card Centre performs card personalization of Bank and NETS cards through the card personalization machines. The team ensures the daily required quantities of cards are fulfilled for the different Banks.   

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for performing card personalization at machines
• Meeting Service Levels of customers (ensuring timeliness and accuracy at work)
• Planning and coordinating with the entire Production team
• Performing stock taking of collaterals
• Other ad-hoc duties 

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Minimum Education Level: Higher NITEC
• Field of Study: Not applicable
• Prior working experience in a production line would be an advantage

Skills and Knowledge

• Production-related skills
• Proficient in English
• Comfortable working shifts and able to work half-day on Saturdays if required
• Comfortable working with machines
• Physically able to lift 5–10 kg of goods
• Possess basic computer literacy
