The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Overall Function

The incumbent is responsible for liaising with the Bank customers on a daily basis on the execution of instructions tasked by the Banks, as well as on the production statuses of the Banks’ inventories.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily coordination between Bank customers and internal Production
• Reporting of card statuses and inventory levels to the banks
• Preparation of daily reconciliation reports
• Perparation of adhoc urgent cards for courier pickup
• Management of card inventory in production
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work

Requirements

• Minimun GCE "O" Level
• Possess skillset in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Comfortable working in production setting
• Must be able to work on 5.5 days' work week
• Minimum committment, 3 months or more
