Preparation Technician

Position Summary 

Support Devices on software loading and key injection

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and load software into devices following established procedure.
• Assist on the injection of cryptographic keys into devices.
• Support testing and validation of software to ensure correct and updated before deployment.
• Learn to identify basic issues related to software loading and key injection.
• Maintain records of devices and software versions.
• Timeliness of asset update in Terminal Inventory System.
• Ensure all devices and accessories are at the finished goods stage.
• Good practice on first in first out of work in progress and finished goods.
• Work closely with senior team members to ensure seamless device management.
