Project Associate

The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

Position Summary:

The incumbent is responsible for driving planning and implementation of terminal projects. He/She is responsible for successfully implement initiatives to enhance merchant’s experience leading to increased terminal usage.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee & work closely with internal & external stakeholders in ensuring smooth and timely delivery of project
• Involve in testing phases and coordinate for sign-offs which include planning, support user acceptance testing, terminal Live Verification and delivering verification results
• Establish project schedules based on a clear understanding of project activities and external & internal factors (resource availability, work effort, duration of tasks etc.)
• End-to-end implementation and execution of project roll-out, include deployment plan, co-ordination with all (internal and external) stakeholders
• Coordinates with merchants and vendors to onboard on terminal management and delivery
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of job instructions and of final work product including standard operating procedures are in place
• Analytical skills to be able to solve problems, analyze data and make decisions that affect the project on a regular basis

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree, from any fields  
• Minimun 2-3 years of relevant experiences
• Experience in implementation and support to project
• Resourceful, strong communication and good interpersonal skills
• Meticulous, structure and able to work independently
• Pro-active and excellent in processes
• Able to co-ordinate well with all stakeholders
• Team player with positive attitude
