The NETS Group is a leading payments services group, enabling digital payments for merchants, consumers and banks across the entire payments value chain. 
 

The Group operates Singapore’s national debit scheme enabling customers of DBS Bank/POSB, HSBC, Maybank, OCBC Bank, Standard Chartered Bank and UOB to make payments using their ATM cards or mobile devices at more than 130,000 acceptance points in the country as well as online payments.

 

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to manage and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations. This role encompasses supplier management, demand planning, order fulfillment, inventory control, outsourcing, and vendor performance management. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with relevant regulations.

 

Key Responsibilities

Planning and Forecasting:

  • Analyzing market demand, sales trends, and historical data to forecast future demand for products or services
  • Collaborating with sales, marketing, and production teams to develop a comprehensive demand plan
  • Creating and managing inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and minimize costs.
  • Updating of forecast to ensure accurate visibility on supply gap

Inventory Management:

  • Develop inventory policies and procedures to ensure efficient stock levels and minimize stock-outs or excess inventory for terminal operations as well as vendor
  • Implementing inventory control systems to track and monitor inventory levels, including forecasting demand and setting safety stock levels
  • Conducting regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implementing corrective actions
  • Participate in annual stock take for vendors under logistics

Continuous Improvement and Optimization:

  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency
  • Analyzing supply chain data and key performance indicators to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders, such as sales, marketing, finance, and operations, to align supply chain strategies with business objectives
  • Collaborating with external partners, including suppliers, customers, and service providers, to foster strong relationships and drive collaboration
  • Participating in cross-functional projects or initiatives to support overall business goals and strategic initiatives

Vendor & Fault Call Management:

  • Daily liaising with vendors on fault call and stock movement operations
  • Escalation of fault call cases to respective stakeholders when necessary
  • Managing stakeholders’ requests such as priority of fault calls and fault call job information
  • Daily reporting of fault call data to stakeholders and vendors
  • Vendor performance management and scoring

        Monthly Business Review:

  • Updating of logistics slides and tracking all vendors outsource information such as SLA / jobs / fault call types and presenting data to management
  • Computing forecast variance for terminals and presenting to management

 

Requirements

Education and Experience

  • Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or vendor management

  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., SAP, MM, MRP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
